The Big Pink is an electronic-rock (with a hint of Britpop) band from London. They released their debut album in September called A Brief History of Love. Their singles such as "Dominos" and "Velvet" are creating a lot of buzz after winning best new act at the Shockwaves NME Awards, an award show by the British music news magazine. Now in regular circulation on 89.3 The Current The Big Pink is a band to watch out for. They are currently on a North American Tour and they will be performing at 7th Street Entry on November 25th. You're just hearing about these guys. Awesome band, but they've been blowing up for a while it seems like.
Their lyrics are pretty cocky for being so goofy looking ("These girls fall like dominoes...").
Come on Joshuaaahh, they're british. Of course they'd be "goofy" looking!
Nice. I love this song and you can't go wrong with things exploding in slow-motion.
